Receive links and files instantly from your Relationship Manager
Your Relationship Manager will be able to share his/her screen with you for illustration purposes
At the time of scheduled appointment, click on the Live Chat invitation link sent via email and log on to Citibank Online with your unique User ID and Password.
Click on 'My Citi' tab and click on your Relationship Manager's name on the right sidebar.
You will be prompted to enter a One-Time Pin (OTP).
Thereafter, click on 'PROCEED' after you have read the disclaimers before entering into the Live Chat session.
1. If your Relationship Manager has enabled the audio call feature, you may click ‘Yes’ after the ‘Change connection type’ dialog box has appeared. You will thereafter have to enable your microphone.
2. If your Relationship Manager has enabled the video call feature, you may click ‘Yes’ after the ‘Change connection type’ dialog box has appeared. You will thereafter have to enable your camera and microphone.
3. Click on the camera icon to turn on your camera to begin the video call with your Relationship Manager.
